Introduction


FITTR Training & Consultancy

The initiation of FITTR Training & Consultancy was based entirely on our passion in health & fitness. We acknowledge the importance of health in the downturn of the current health trend, where temptations to an unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle is at greatest. We provide life changing benefits through our training regimes.

Our trainers are either certified in Sports Science or exercise related courses, which are recognized worldwide such as ACE (American Council on Exercise) and have a vast experience in helping others to achieve a healthier, more fruitful lifestyle. Above that, some of our trainers have National/International sporting experience. This is in line with our mission to provide our clients with the best possible training staff and service in terms of knowledge and abilities.

Our corporate/group/personal training programs are executed based on the principles of training (Frequency, Intensity, Type, Time, Rest) which are the fundamentals of any exercise program. Our way of keeping our trainees constantly motivated and stimulated to new exercises, we utilize various unconventional training equipments such as medicine balls, agility slats and speed ladders alongside methods which primarily focus on functionality. Our clients get fitter in a progressive manner where certain aspects of fitness are focused first before the others. As an example, a training program for those who have not exercised in 3 months or more, would target on improving range of motion, strength and cardiovascular endurance while someone who has been rather active could progress forward to strength, speed and agility.

This opposes way of training would be unheard of in various gymnasium settings which tend to focus more on sales and less on the services. This usually leads the clients to lose motivation and let loose of their fitness goals.


The FITTR Regime

FITTR Training Regime is a results-driven conditioning program that runs 2 times a week for four weeks, with 60 minute sessions. It is conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment, utilizing combination of team sports and personal training coupled with the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in the fitness industry to date.

FITTR workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training with drills, medicine ball, speed ladder, resistance tubes, stretching and many more. We expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, relays, group challenges, kickboxing, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, box drills, obstacle course, and numerous versions of push-up and sit up. Simply said, we know how to give you a kick ass workout!

The FITTR workout is one for all fitness levels – whether you work out daily or haven’t worked out since high school. All activities are structured so that we are able to prescribe you with the appropriate intensity for your fitness level. We may even recommend a heart rate monitor, one of the most useful tools of training.


Our Vision

Our long term vision is to expand our services nationwide and to be known for our professional trainers and excellence in our service. In the long run, we aim at opening up a Training Centre for convenience of our trainees while providing ease of access to more fitness equipments and facilities (e.g. toilets, changing rooms). Ultimately, we would also like to provide training and health awareness campaigns to the more rural and poorer communities.


Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a FUN-filled exercise program that is designed to challenge and motivate our trainees. We want to share and expose as many people to the experience of a fitter and healthier lifestyle with direct exercise promotion. This is to instill a habit of active living while lowering risk to diseases such as diabetes, heart attacks and high blood pressure.

We strive to provide the best service possible through our careful selection of the people who train you. This is against the mainstream of major health & fitness facilities which hire inexperienced and unqualified trainers. As trainers with Sport Science backgrounds, we truly understand the importance of qualification when it comes to exercise and more importantly when it comes to dealing with our trainees’ health and lives.
